Refund policy

All orders are final and cannot be refunded. Items can only be exchanged for the same value as the originally ordered item. Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
  • Items must be sent back within 3 days of the delivery date.
  •  All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair and any signs of wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements previously listed.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping fees of items returned back to A & E Custom Merch.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. 
  • All sales items are final. (Final Sale - Not eligible for return, exchange or credit)
  • Please include your original packing slip and indicate on the slip, the exchange color or size you are requesting. In the event the exchange item is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued via email.
